Day 1

Arrive Chennai

Today on your arrival you will be welcome by our representative Upon arrival check in to the hotel after small refreshment you can proceed to Chennai sightseeing visit famous startin with Lord Kapaleeswar Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva) Gopuram, Mandapam and tank are interesting points to see, later visit St. George Fort Museum In the evening you can spend your leisure time at Elliot’s Beach later return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Chennai.

Day 2

Chennai / Kanchipuram / Mahabalipuram - 150 kms (3 hrs drive)

After breakfast you can proceed to Mahabalipuram which is one of the famous coastal region in Tamilnadu. Enroute you can visit Kanchipuram sightseeing visit Kailasanathar Temple, built in 8th Century AD. Then visit Vaikunda Perumal temple (dedicated to Lord Vishnu) Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.

Day 3

Mahabalipuram / Pondicherry - 100 kms (2 hrs drive)

After breakfast you can proceed to Mahabalipuram sightseeing visit famous Arjuna's Penance is the world's largest bas-relief. This huge whale-back shaped rock contains figures of gods, demigods, men, beasts, birds. Next we visit Rathas, monolithic temples fashioned as chariots.

Day 4

Pondicherry

After breakfast you can proceed for Pondicherry sightseeing visiting famous Aurobindo Ashram - it represents a combination of Yoga and Modern Science, Auroville – one of the world famous Meditation center, to do meditation people from different parts of the world come to this place, Later return back to hotel and take your lunch at the hotel. In the evening you can visit Manakula Vinayagar Temple and overnight stay at Pondicherry.

Day 5

Pondicherry / Chidambaram / Darasuram / Tanjore –

230 kms (5 hrs drive): After breakfast leave for Tanjore. Enroute you can stop and visit Chidambaram with the Famous Lord Natarajar Temple (dedicated to Lord shiva) continue your drive, Darasuram visit the famous Airavateeswarar Temple located close to Kumbakonam. This temple is recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Monument then continue your drive to Tanjore Upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6

Tanjore / Trichy / Madurai

200 kms (4 hrs drive) After breakfast leave for Tanjore, which is popularly said to be as the rice bowl of Tamilnadu after reaching Tanjore you can visit famous Brahadeeswarar Temple and Maratha Palace inside to the palace we can visit King Saroboji Saraswathy Mahal Library, Art Gallery and Sangeetha Mahal. After sightseeing continues drive to Madurai. Enroute you can visit Trichy sightseeing visit famous Rock Fort Temple most famed landmark is an 83 m high rock which is the only outcrop in the otherwise flat land of the city.

Day 7

Madurai

After breakfast you can proceed for Madurai city tour visit with famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. Later visit Thirumalainayak Palace – This palace is built by king Thirumalai Nayak , who was one of the Nayak ruler, later visit Gandhi Museum - This museum was built to honor our Father of nation, Gandhi JI. It gives a detailed history about his freedom struggle after visiting return back to the hotel. In the evening you can proceed to visit Night Ceremony which is held in Meenakshiamman Temple.

Day 8

Madurai / Thekkady

150 kms (4 hrs drive) After breakfast you will leave for Periyar, the popular wild life region in Kerala. Periyar is a place to cruise on the lake & gives an opportunity to see wild life. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison, antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, monkey, a wide variety of birds up on arrival check in to the hotel and after small refreshment you can proceed for Spice Plantation Tour (optional) where you can see variety of spices grown in Periyar.

Thekkady / Alleppey

150 kms (4 hrs drive): After breakfast you can proceed to Alleppey, the most popular backwater destination in Kerala, up on arrival board the houseboat locally called Kettuvallam, and cruise around beautiful Vembanad Lake During the journey you can see ancient temples, churches, paddy fields and watch the day to day activities of the local people who live nearby. Your crew members will serve delicious Kerala food on board and will take good care of you. Evening around 5:30PM, the houseboat will be anchored at a safe village area and during the night time there will not be any cruise.

Alleppey / Cochin

70 kms (1.5 hrs drive): Today you will disembark the houseboat and proceed to Cochin on arrival check in to the hotel after small refreshment you can proceed to Cochin sightseeing visit famous St. Francis Church, built by the Portuguese in 1510 A.D. It is believed to be the oldest European Church built in India.

Cochin / Munnar

140 kms (4 hrs drive): After breakfast you can proceed to Munnar, which is the most popular hill station in Kerala where we can see the lush green, tea estates which cover all our eye sights. Before reach Munnar you can stop the famous waterfalls like Valera & Cheeyappara waterfalls. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Munnar

After breakfast you can proceed for Munnar sightseeing visit: Eravikulam National Park a famous sanctuary to see the rate species Nilgiri Thars (Mountain goats), mammals, Sambars, Barking Deers & etc., Later you can visit Tea Museum. It’s a collection of old bits and pieces from the colonial era can be seen here, demonstration of tea production Later you can visit Mattupetty Dam, one of the famous dam in Kerala that provide a great water resource for the surroundings, here you can options to take Boat Ride activity. Later return back to hotel and overnight stay at Munnar.

Munnar / Ooty –

300 kms (8 hrs drive): After breakfast you can proceed to Ooty, one of most popular tourist resort in Nilgiri District. Up on arrival check in hotel, day at leisure. Overnight stay at Ooty

Ooty

After breakfast you can proceed for Ooty sightseeing by visiting the Botanical Garden, This beautiful garden has spread over 55 acres, the garden is a home to several rare species of trees such as the cork tree (the only one of its kind in India), the paper bark tree and the monkey puzzle tree, so named because monkeys cannot climb it! Also to be found are the remnants of a fossilized tree estimated to be some 20 million years old! Later you can visit Ooty Lake;this is artificial lake which was created by John Sullivan, later visit to Dodabetta Peak,Rose Garden.

160 kms (3.5 hrs drive): After breakfast you can proceed to Mysore, one of the beautiful cities in Karnataka, which is a majestic, mysterious and mesmerizing city. It has inherited all Indian traditions with modernity. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast you can proceed for Mysore city tour visit Mysore palace, The architectural style of the palace is commonly described as Indo-Saracenic, and blends together Hindu, Muslim, Rajput, and Gothic styles of architecture. Later Visit Chamundi Hills, we can see the temple of Goddess Chamundeswari, Later you can proceed to Somnathpur, which is one of the famous sightseeing place where you can see the Chennakesava Temple return back to hotel

Mysore / Shravanabelagola / Hassan 

150 kms (3 hrs drive): After breakfast you can proceed for Hassan and if you want, you can stop at Shravanabelagola, It is a historical temple town and pilgrimage centre in Karnataka. Later you can start drive to Hassan up on arrival check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure Overnight stay at Hassan

Hassan / Belur & Halebid / Hassan

After breakfast you can leave for Belur andvisit Chennakesawa temple (built by Hoysala King).
